Position Purpose

The Office of the Ombudsperson is a two-person office that provides an independent, impartial and confidential service to assist with the fair and equitable resolution of University-related disputes. The Office receives inquiries and complaints from members of the University community. It provides information about policies and procedures, advice about constructive approaches, and informal interventions to facilitate communication or problem-solve; it can investigate concerns and make recommendations for the improvement of regulations and procedures.
