Registration
- Member rates apply to current FCO and ACCUO Members.
- Non-Member rates include Individual FCO Membership (valid until December 31, 2024).

Full Conference Registration includes:
- Breakfast, Lunch and Breaks (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
- Welcome Reception (Tuesday)
- Dinner (Wednesday)
Payment
Payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) is required at the time of registration. All registration fees are subject to 5% GST. If your organization is tax exempt, please contact us prior to registering.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Until August 31, 2024:
Cancelled registrations will be refunded less a $100 administration fee.
After August 31, 2024 (Non Refundable):
Refunds will NOT be issued, but substitutions are permitted.
All requests must be sent in writing to the FCO office at info@ombudsforum.ca
Membership Status
FCO membership is valid from January 1 to December 31. Contact the FCO office at info@ombudsforum.ca to verify your status or Renew FCO Membership Now.
ACCUO membership valid from July 1 to June 30. Contact ACCUO by email at info@accuo.ca to verify your status.
